When you purchase a Velec, no matter which model you choose, you are getting the best electrical bicycle of its type, in addition to being sure of getting superior quality service from one of the expert retailers who are part of our ever expanding network.

With help from my expert team, I thoroughly examine every Velec component to make sure all requirements of our diversified clientele are fully addressed.

We offer a 12-month warranty on the bicycle, 18 months for the battery and 36 months on the frame. Hoping I’ll have the chance to meet you someday, possibly during a Velec bike ride, I remain sincerely yours.
